NOTE: There is no official enrollment deadline for languages in which space is available.

A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration, and is in addition to the program fees. Program fees and fees for optional items are due in full by May 6, 2017. We reserve the right to withdraw any program offering or any portion of the program, in which case program fees already paid will be refunded. All fees may be paid by cash, check, wire transfer, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Installment arrangements may be made by contacting us.

Each summer, the Rassias Center offers a variety of scholarships available for ALPs participants. All scholarship applications require an essay of approximately 500 words in length. Please see the section on scholarships for more information.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by May 6, 2017; submissions after this date run the risk of incurring program fee penalties. All classes are based on a minimum enrollment requirement. The Rassias Center reserves the right to cancel classes in which this requirement is not met. If the specific level/language that you have enrolled for is canceled, we will notify you by May 13, 2017. In this instance, the full amount of tuition will be refunded including the enrollment fee.

DORMS ETC.

Dormitory Housing
Participants may choose to stay in the dormitories, which are conveniently located within walking distance to all ALPs activities. Room assignments are single occupancy. Dorms have single-room unisex showers or bathrooms. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Local Hotels
Hotel rooms in the area should be reserved in advance of the program as summer is a very busy time on the Dartmouth Campus and rooms in hotel rooms Hanover are limited.

Meals
Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and most dinners) are included in the program. Attendance at the latter two meals with one's language group is an integral part of the ALPs learning experience. Master and Assistant Teachers dine with students to facilitate conversation in the target language.
